This exciting adventure into the Top End during the spectacular season known as “The Wet” is truly amazing. This is when the region really comes to life. After the long period known as the dry, the heavy downpours reinvigorate the land and the animal life thrives with the masses of water.
Fully accommodated and staying in Hotels or Cabins and dining in restaurants* means we can enjoy “The Wet” without any worries.
Travelling in the Luxury Makin’ Tracks coach we depart from Darwin and head south toward Kakadu, stopping along the way for a Jumping Crocodile cruise. We visit lookouts, bird viewing platforms and take the Yellow Waters Cruise providing spectacular vistas of this amazing place at its best. We travel along the Kakadu Highway to Pine Creek before heading to Katherine Gorge where we stay overnight in Cabins. We take an early morning cruise on the Gorge
and watch the day come to life. We then board a light aircraft for a breathtaking scenic flight from Katherine to world heritage listed Kakadu with highlights such as Jim Jim Falls, Twin Falls, Katherine Township and Gorge.
Our adventure then continues north to Edith falls, Hayes Creek and
Adelaide River as well as Litchfield National Park locations such as Buley Rock Pools, Florence falls and Wangi Falls.
A spectacular journey where you see the Top End at its best.

The complete Top End Wet Season Experience!
Do everything as per our 4 day itinerary and then we fly you from
Darwin to Broome where you board a fully air-conditioned jet prop
seaplane and fly to Talbot Bay where you will board the luxury yacht, “Adventure Cat”. Everything you need is onboard including luxurious bedrooms with ensuite facilities, lounge and entertainment equipment.
For the next 3 days cruise the myriad of majestic islands that
comprise the 1000 island Buccaneer Archipeligo. Enjoy fresh water swims at Crocodile Creek, visit Silvergull Creek and Koolan Island
