This magnificent tour visits the main Red Centre attractions as well as some remote and beautiful locations that offer peace and solitude in which to enjoy the natural beauty.
Our tour departs from Alice Springs and heads south along the Old Ghan Rail Route to Rainbow Valley and Chambers Pillar. We continue south to a remote station property, Old Andado, where we wonder in amazement how the early settlers survived this harsh land. We head back past the Finke River to Kulgera and then take the back road to Uluru where we have 2 full days to explore this famous rock and The Olgas.
We continue on to Kings Canyon then take the Mereenie Loop
road to the West Macdonnell Ranges where we visit Palm Valley,
Hermannsberg and the numerous picturesque sights including Ormiston Gorge, Serpentine Gorge, Ellery Big Hole, Stanley Chasm and Simpsons Gap as we make our way back to Alice Springs. |
