Upon receipt of your booking enquiry Makin’ Tracks will send you an availability confirmation and full payment details. Due to the limited number of places available on our tours your deposit will be required within 7 days of booking confirmation. If your selected tour is fully booked you have the option of being placed on a waiting list in case of unforeseen cancellations or selecting an alternative tour.

Your booking confirmation will include an information pack containing:

	Expected weather conditions
	Facts and travel tips
	What you need to bring
	Special Dietary requirement form
	Terms and Conditions

Payment details
A 25% deposit will be required within 7 days of booking confirmation and full payment will be required 60 days prior to departure date.
